Crock Pot Maple BBQ Pulled Pork

  • 2 cups of tomato sauce (1 can + 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • Salt, pepper, ground mustard, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, hickory liquid smoke – all to taste

Mix well, add sauce and pork to crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred pork and then let simmer for another 30 mins. Serve on a bun or by itself with some sides and enjoy.
